Security is the part nobody warns you about. Your carrier goes through the X-ray machine. Your pet does not. For thirty seconds you are holding a frightened animal in the loudest room in the airport, in socks, with a queue behind you. Pets are lost in terminals in exactly those thirty seconds, every year.

This kit is the carrier, the harness that keeps hold of them while the carrier is on the belt, and the lead that lets you do all of it without needing a spare hand.

What is in the box

The carrier — soft-sided, 17 × 9 × 11.5 in. Pets up to 15 lb. Side entry, removable washable pad, storage pockets, and a safety loop that straps it to a car seat belt. It gets under the seat on five of the nine U.S. airlines in our guide: American, Delta, United, Frontier and Allegiant.
The harness — padded and reflective, adjustable at both neck and chest, with a control handle on the back. This is what your pet wears through the checkpoint.
The hands-free lead — 48 in stretching to 60 in, with a shock-absorbing bungee section, two control handles and an adjustable waist belt. Both hands stay on the luggage.

Why these three, together

A harness is not an accessory to a carrier. It is the backup for the one moment the carrier cannot do its job. The lead is what turns that backup into something you can actually manage while you are also carrying a bag, a boarding pass and a coat.

Choose your carrier color and your harness size on this page, before it goes in the basket — not at checkout. All three pieces come from the same warehouse, so it ships in one box with one tracking number.

Sizing: measure your pet lying down, nose to the base of the tail, and add 2 inches. Then measure standing, floor to the top of the head. Your pet must be able to stand up and turn around inside — that is the rule every airline writes, and the one gate agents actually check.

How to measure your pet

Two measurements decide everything.

Length. With your pet lying down, measure from the nose to the base of the tail — not the tip. Add 2 inches. That is the interior length you need.

Height. With your pet standing, measure from the floor to the top of the head.

Your pet must be able to stand up and turn around inside the carrier. That is the rule every airline writes, and the one gate agents actually check. If your pet falls between two interior sizes, take the bigger one — but check its exterior against your airline first. A bag your pet fits in but the airline will not take is no use to either of you.

Shipping & delivery

We ship within the United States only, from warehouses in California and Nevada. Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day are handed to the carrier the same day; after that, the next business day.

Delivery is typically 1–5 business days depending on how far you are from the warehouse. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum — you never pay for delivery. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are included at the same price; allow a few extra days for those three.

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Returns & exchanges

Thirty days from delivery, in the original packaging and unused. Email us and we will send you a return authorisation and the address for that warehouse before you post anything — a parcel sent back without one cannot be credited.

Wrong size is the most common reason people write to us, and it is the easiest to solve: tell us your pet's measurements and your airline and we will tell you which size to swap to.
